the location was quite convenient , being near the airport. the complimentary shuttle service to changi city point was very helpful. i appreciated the modern appearance of the lobby , decorated with palm trees.
i found the staff to be occasionally rare within the large area. my request for assistance with luggage pickup was unmet , requiring me to manage it myself. the food i ordered was not always tasty , especially the western options.

The club access I paid extra for was a JOKE. The lounge was closed, and the sky deck was also inaccessible. Instead of poolside cocktails, I had to go to Legends Bar, and even then, the 'free cocktails' were non-existent. I felt REALLY ripped off. Plus, the walk to the sea was along a busy road, so much for A nice stroll.

i really liked the convenient shuttle bus service. it was super efficient and punctual. the staff was very courteous and always ready to assist. the big pool was amazing, and i spent a lot of time relaxing there.
the toilet unfortunately did not have a bidet. this was a minor inconvenience but it is a feature i usually appreciate.

fantastic stay near the airport!

I appreciated the clean and well kept hotel. my room was very comfortable. the bed was good, and i liked the pillow options. the gym had lots of equipment for a regular gym goer. I got a good workout in, including deadlifts of decent weight.
The only slight issue was the distance from local conveniences. It feels a bit isolated like it's in an industrial park.

i stayed one night as stopover. greeting and service upon arrival was faultless. staff was very accommodating and friendly. the room overlooked the golf course and pool with amazing views. the pool area had a lovely design and layout.
i thought the hotel was ruled by computers and procedures. i received emails requesting me to check in online days after my stay. it wasn't a big deal, but annoying.
